You ever prepare for a moment. It’s supposed to be a pinnacle point for you. And you  put your all into said thing only for its climax to be equivalent to a rage, ending in a slow fizzle that u feel days later… maybe it’s a me thing (lol) but… damn near nothing trumps the feeeling of disappointment. The only soothing thing to the thought is the same very thing that makes it hurtful as well… what is that, you ask? Acceptance. Recognize the ignorance, then move on. Sometimes people won’t understand. Protect ya breaths…
